Dr. Audrey Tatar graduated magna cum laude from Tufts University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology and Psychology. She earned her medical degree with honors in Internal Medicine at the University of Chicago, Pritzker School of Medicine. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Michael Reese Hopsital where she also served as Chief Medical Resident.
Dr. Tatar is board certified in Internal Medicine and is an Attending Physician in the Department of Medicine at Northwestern Memorial Hospital.
As a clinical instructor at the Northwestern University School of Medicine, Dr. Tatar is actively involved in the education of residents and medical students.
Dr. Audrey Tatar was named a
"Top Doctor" by Chicago magazine in 2008, 2010, and 2012. She has been
listed in the Castle-Connolly guide as a "Top Doctor" in Chicago, and
in Best Doctors in America every year since 2000. She was named a U.S.
News and World Report Top Doctor in 2012.
